We require a non refundable security deposit in the amount of $750.  The security deposit will be applied to your last month's rent.  You will also be required to fill out our reservation form.

You are welcome to check in at 3pm on the date your reservation begins.  You will receive a confirmation with instructions for collecting keys.  Many of our units are equipped with electronic locks.  You will be provided with the codes to the locks approximately 48 hours before arrival.

Check out is required no later than 11am on the final day of your stay.  Kindly turn off all heat, close all windows, and lock the door.  If your apartment has a dishwasher, please run it with any dirty dishes.  Please strip the bed and pile all towels together.  Please empty any garbage into the buildings garbage and recycling bins.
